Confirmed! Oshiomhole remains suspended as APC chairman

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has on Tuesday, uphold the suspension of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress.

A three man panel led by Justice Monica Dongban-Mensem ruled that Comrade Adams Oshiomhole’s appeal in challenging his suspension is unmeritorious therefore, his suspension stands.
