World’s Fastest Bird Reportedly Killed In Delta State After Flying In From Finland

A Peregrine falcon which ‘flew into Nigeria from Finland has reportedly been killed in Delta state.

According to a social media user who shared the photos, a tag which was seen on the bird’s leg revealed it was from a Finland museum.

He stated it was killed in Ofagbe town in Delta State, Nigeria.

He tweeted:

“This peregrine falcon was killed in a town called Ofagbe in Delta State. The bird flew all the way from Finland to Delta State as the tag on the bird read Museum 200L Helsinki Finland”

Amidst many people who reacted to this is BBNaija 2020 winner, Laycon who expressed his disappointment about them killing it.
