Kate Henshaw Celebrates 50th Birthday In Style (Pictures)

Nigerian actress and fitness enthusiast, Kate Henshaw, has taken to social media to celebrate her 50th birthday.

The movie icon took to her Instagram page on Monday, July 19th, to share stunning photos of herself to commemorate the special day.

In a particular photo she shared, Kate appreciated God for how far she has gone in life. She wrote:

“Never would have made it this far without the King of kings…the laughter and joy in my heart testifies of His goodness and mercies over me… I am highly favoured! This I know.”

The actress also dedicated a post to celebrate few of her close friends who share the same birthday with her. She included Ibidun Ighodalo, the former beauty queen, who passed away last year.

Celebrities like AY, J Martins, Shaffy Bello, Uche Jumbo, amidst many others, celebrated her with sweet words.

Shaffy Bello wrote:

“Happy Birthday my darling friend. You are a Gem. One in a million really. You say it like you mean it! People are often shocked when you do, but that’s what I love about you and drew me to you. You are a straight shooter and I love that about you,” she wrote.

Uche Jombo wrote:

“I can write a book on the institution called Kate! I have loved her since my first day on a Nollywood set! That’s over 2 decades of knowing, learning, working and believing in her brand!” she wrote.

Henshaw has established herself, over the years as a prominent figure in the Nigerian movie industry with special features in blockbuster movies.

Since the early 90s that she began her journey as an actress, she has shown that she’s indeed an hard working woman and a special breed.
