Why Wizkid & Burna Boy Were Not At The 15th Headies Awards

It’s no news anymore that top stars, Wizkid and Burna Boy were not present at the 15th edition of The Headies Awards.

Speculations have been made by a lot of fans, as to why some of the biggest names in the music industry such as Wizkid, Burna Boy, Davido and so on had not made an appearance at the event.

However, it appears the Burna Boy and Wizkid were busy at different shows on that day of the event, hence their absence.

Wizkid who had graced the last occasion which was held in Nigeria was confirmed to have missed out on the award ceremony as a result of having a show in the UK on the same day of the event which had been from Sunday the 4th of September till Monday the 5th of September 2022.

This was confirmed by his manager, Sunday Are at the event who had stepped on stage to receive his awards.
