‘I Looked Up To Nigerian Rappers Growing Up’ – Nasty C

Popular South African hip-hop artiste, Nsikayesizwe David Junior Ngcobo, also known as Nasty C, has revealed that he was inspired by many Nigerian rappers and Ghanaian star, Sakordie.
In addition, he mentioned that he also got inspiration from rap artists in his home country, such as the late AKA and Cassper Nyovest.
This was disclosed by the 26-year-old rapper in a recent podcast interview with Afrozons.

He said,
“My pioneers for hip-hop in Africa in no order are M.I, Sakordie, Olamide, Phyno, AKA, Cassper [Nyovest], Naeto C… There’s so many.”
